Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website is owned by or licensed to 7StarSalons. This includes the text, page design and layout, the logo, the name "7StarSalons", the tagline "Styled With Stars", graphics, and the images and their selection and arrangement. It is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws.
2. What you may and may not do
- You may view this website, print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use, and share links to our pages.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or modify our content or images for commercial use without our written permission.
- You may not use our name, logo or tagline in a way that suggests you are connected with or endorsed by us.
- You may not use our content or images to train AI or machine-learning models, or scrape them automatically, without our written permission.
3. AI-generated & AI-enhanced images
Transparency notice: Many images on this website, including the hero banner, service photos, gallery images, salon interior and product shots, were created or enhanced using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- Not real people: the people shown in AI-generated images are synthetic. They are not our clients or staff, and any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
- Illustrative only: the images show the style and feel of our services. They are not photographs of work done at 7StarSalons and do not guarantee results.
- No personal data used: no client's photo, face or personal data was used to generate these images.
- Labelling: we disclose AI-generated content on this page and in the footer of every page. We do this in line with India's rules on synthetically generated content under the Information Technology Rules and with the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act.
- Real photos: when we publish real photos of our salon, team or client work, we will do so with the consent of the people shown.
Rights in AI-generated images
The AI images were generated for 7StarSalons under the terms of the AI tools used. To the extent copyright or other rights exist in these images, including as the person who caused a computer-generated work to be created under Section 2(d)(vi) of the Copyright Act, 1957, those rights belong to 7StarSalons. We also claim rights in our selection, editing and arrangement of the images and in our logo and branding. Please do not reuse these images without permission.
Likeness concerns
If you believe an image on this website looks like you or uses your likeness, or otherwise infringes your rights, please contact us. We will review it quickly and remove or replace the image where appropriate.
4. Third-party content & trademarks
Names such as WhatsApp, Google, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and any product brands we mention, are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify those services or products, and this does not imply endorsement.
5. Copyright complaints (notice & takedown)
If you believe any content on this website infringes your copyright, please email 7starssalons07@gmail.com with:
- your name and contact details;
- a description of the work you own and the page URL of the content you believe infringes it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for them.
We will acknowledge your notice and, where the complaint is valid, remove or disable the content promptly, as the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it require.
