These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of 7starsalons.com and to services booked with or provided by 7StarSalons, Bhikhna Pahari More, near Style Bazaar, New Gupta Colony, Chak Musallahpur, Koiritola, Patna, Bihar 800006. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of this website
- This website gives general information about our salon and services. Content may change without notice.
- You must not misuse the website. This includes trying to hack it, overloading it, scraping content in bulk, or uploading harmful code.
- Links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp or Google Maps) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
2. Images are illustrative (AI disclosure)
Many photographs on this website, including images of people, hairstyles, makeup looks, treatments, the salon interior and products, are generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI).
They are for illustration only. They do not show real clients, staff, reviews or guaranteed results, and they may not exactly match our premises, products or services. Your results depend on your hair, skin, health and other personal factors. Please discuss the result you want with your stylist before your service.

3. Bookings & appointments
- You can book by WhatsApp, phone or in person. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten your service or reschedule it.
- Please tell us at least 3 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you repeatedly miss appointments, we may ask for an advance payment for future bookings.
- Walk-ins are welcome but depend on availability.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices are quoted at the salon or when you book, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Final prices can depend on hair length, thickness or products used. We will tell you before we start.
- Payment is due when the service is complete. We accept cash, UPI and cards, subject to availability.
- Offers and packages cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and are subject to their own validity periods.
5. Health, safety & allergies
- Please tell us about any allergies, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments before your service.
- For hair colour, chemical treatments and some skin treatments, we may ask for a patch test 24–48 hours in advance. If you decline a recommended patch test, you accept the associated risk.
- We may refuse or stop a service if we believe it could harm you.
- Services for anyone under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian, who may be asked to be present.
6. Satisfaction & re-dos
If you are unhappy with a service, please tell us within 7 days. We will review it and, where appropriate, offer a free adjustment. Refunds are at our discretion and are not given for results that match what was agreed, or for problems caused by after-care not being followed.
7. Personal belongings
Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the salon, except where caused by our negligence.
8. Photographs
We will only take or share photos of you (for example before/after photos on social media) with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will remove the photos from our channels within a reasonable time.
9. Reviews & testimonials
Reviews you post must be honest and based on your own experience. We do not pay for, invent or edit reviews to change their meaning.
10. Intellectual property
The 7StarSalons name, logo, tagline "Styled With Stars", website design, text and images are protected. See Copyright & AI Images for details.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Privacy

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the website or book a service applies.
